As well as supporting your staff, we’ll also support your infrastructure, this includes services such as Email, Firewalls, File Servers, Storage, Networking and any Cloud services you may have. As trusted IT infrastructure service providers, 64Computers will ensure that we regularly maintain your infrastructure to ensure that it’s secure and running smoothly, we’ll take care of this behind the scenes – so you don’t need to worry about it.
As part of our IT management and Maintenance service, we establish a bespoke (computer) Service Improvement Plan (SIP) which identifies quick-fixes where possible for any immediate problems, detailed plans for larger works, timescales, budget requirements and scheduled meetings to monitor progress.
You will be able to see where your investment is going and make strategic decisions about your requirements. We don’t just leave you with documents full of technical jargon. We make sure they’re easy-to-operate, the solutions are clear and how important they are to be rectified is highlighted using a traffic light rating system.
In addition, we analyse and read reports about our customers’ IT every day. We don’t just rely on automated systems; every day our engineers will connect to your network to make sure that everything is running smoothly.
IT Helpdesk Support Services
If something does go wrong and you need help, our friendly and experienced team are on hand on the IT Helpdesk support services to resolve your problem, so you can get back to work.
Unlike many IT helpdesk support services, we don’t hire staff to just answer the phone, log your ticket and tell you someone will phone you back, we work with you every step of the way.
Every one of our staff is an IT engineer and we will do whatever we can to resolve your problem on the initial call. We maintain full systems documentation for your IT environment so any of our staff can help you without you having to wait for an engineer that knows your setup. Your support request will go into our web-based system and you’ll be emailed updates on a regular basis.
Sometimes we need access to your computer to help you, we will give you a remote support and this will give us access to your computer to help you out.
We’re confident in our ability to deliver consistent and reliable technical support services which is why we don’t require our customers to sign a long-term contract or have a minimum spend.
For us, it’s not about simply providing you with IT support services – we see our role as integral to your success. We want your business to grow and develop and our role in that is essential. The suitability, reliability and efficiency of your systems are vital in achieving this.
We don’t recommend replacing hardware for the sake of having new equipment. If what you already have is working for you, or only needs a slight upgrade, then we work with it. If we feel that any parts of your IT solutions represent a risk to the business, we’ll lay out the options so that you can decide what’s best, rather than we insist that your hardware need to be replaced.
